Do you ever find yourself struggling to connect with those closest to you? Are there unresolved issues in your personal life or in your relationships that are causing you stress and anxiety?
You deserve to be seen and heard, especially in your darkest moments.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and when you’ve reached that breaking point, it can make everything seem that much harder.
The good news is that you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we can work towards creating a life where you feel supported, understood, and connected to those around you.
Through our sessions, we’ll take a collaborative approach to therapy. No judgment, just an open and safe space to explore what’s on your mind. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and identify the patterns that may be holding you back from the life you want.
Mindfulness is at the core of my therapeutic philosophy. I believe in creating a peaceful and nurturing environment where you can cultivate self-awareness and embrace the present moment. I believe that everyone has the power to create meaningful change in their lives, and I’m here to help you tap into that power. Taking the brave step to start therapy is commendable, and I’m thrilled to be a part of your journey.
I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, looking to strengthen your relationship, enhance communication within your family, or you need support for your children or teens, my door is open to you.
So, are you ready to take that next step? If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming space for therapy, then I encourage you to schedule a session with me today. Let’s start your transformative journey towards healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

It is inevitable that life is challenging and often times, we feel stuck and need reminders that we are not alone. I enjoy working with a variety of issues. One of the most rewarding is working with children helping them to learn to verbalize their issues. I also really enjoy working with families and couples who are experiencing various forms of conflict. If your goal is to try to work through these and other types of conflicts, I would love to work with you!
I am passionate about creating a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, and the impact they have on your life. Anything from self-growth to depression. I also aim to help you identify your own strengths and build on them as we work collaboratively toward change and personal growth.
Therapy is a place where you can relax, breathe, and feel okay. Finally, there is a place where you can break down if you want while simultaneously building yourself up. Let’s not sugar-coat it, therapy can be tough, but the outcomes can be life-changing in some of the best ways.
Using a person-centered approach, I utilize expressive therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches and interventions to help in the healing process.
Therapy isn’t easy, but feeling stuck is even more difficult. I invite you to conquer your fears and work toward building the life you deserve. Let’s do this together.
